Jonathan is passionate about bikes and that can be seen in his knowledge, personal connection and recommendations. Me and my husband are really happy and satisfied with the interaction and purchase. Decathlon has wide selection of bikes suitable for individual expectation and budget.

We brought our skates to Les to sharpened after we've purchased a total of 8 skates. Les was a very patient, thorough, and hardworking man. He worked over his time and has completed all of them on both machines and manually. He has proven to work above and beyond. In addition to our great experience, Decathlon also has so many choices of skates and sports gear! The prices are awesome and of great quality. Being my first time at the store, my kids and I have enjoyed looking around their gears and other products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to buy my son a bike helmet and we found a really cool bike. This place is like a playground. I love the store. You can try out the equipment in store before you buy it. The customer service is excellent as well. We were helped by Dhyan and he went above and beyond to help us take the bicycle to checkout and then to my car. I was unable to do so because I had my 3 year old with me. Dhyan was sweet and polite and very helpful. I would go back to this store again.

Ease of shopping: if you’re planning to pick up a sport and walk in to buy your gear, they make it super convenient by arranging the goods as beginner, intermediate and advanced so you don’t have to guess the model number or match the price tag to know what you need to get. The store experience is designed in a way that it’s easy for the customer to actual pick something up and try it than just buy it.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff: you will find a good number of employees in the store who are sport enthusiasts and can help you with any question related to the sport. They create a very friendly experience and you will leave making well informed decisions
Been to Decathalon in multiple countries and the quality is same everywhere and really impressed to see that they maintain their prices across.
