C	Callie Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of your taxi drivers in a grey dodge caravan tail gate my car all the way from Brighton to Coodrington today. Would not keep his distance and he was also talking on his cell phone. Then when we were turning he tried to drive around us on the shoulder of the road. Very unsafe driver. He should not be a taxi driver if he drives that aggressive. I will not be recommending your taxi services. You may want to re think that driver.

The driver did not have a proper face mask, just a bandana over his mouth with his nostrils exposed. COME ON. IF YOU ARE DRIVING PEOPLE AROUND BE SAFE. And then the two passeners got in..NO FACE COVERINGS AT ALL and the driver didn't bat an eye. Gee, I can't figure out why Covid won't go away!

When calling I’m told it will be 20 minutes, and it’s usually about an hour, I have been FORGOTTEN about before and told when I called back in after an hour to see where my cab was. I understand they have a limited number of drivers for such a large area, but they really need to be better with their time estimates, not forgetting about people, and “technical difficulties” is the reason I’ve been waiting an hour for tonight’s cab, when calling back to inquire where it was he was still 20 minutes away. Would no recommend, and I would not use if there was another option on those days.

I appreciated the professionalism of the drivers and the customer service from the dispatcher. Thank you for such a great experience.
J	James Hamblin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have purposely blacklisted me for helping driver avoid an accident and report we were on the way then I get a call from jimmy trying to intimidate me and has all day today avoided and is still pulling discriminatory acts dodging calls etc. Don’t use these people. Sad to say some very nice people I will miss but not worth me always being late or having to wait for them to do 3 runs before they come to you after you are waiting outside for 3 hours and all your food thaws…
S	Sean Shields on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok,so I felt I should add my experience as I've seen alot of negative reviews, personally I've used this serial times, I am not a local I'm a "tourist" but I spent alot if my time growing up in havelock as a kid so,I go camping up there and visit my grandparents who live off highway 7, anyhow, I use this cab company cause sometimes you wanna have a couple drinks with dinner or just don't feel like driving. I've had a couple different drivers, all of which were professional and awesome! I'd recommend this place to anyone.
A	Andy Heller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving up County Road 2/County Road 38. Deal Taxi driver came up behind me, doing at least 30 over, slammed on their brakes to avoid rear-ending me. Then they passed me going up a hill, narrowly avoiding a head-on collision. Repeated this behavior with the driver in front of me. Dude was doing at least 120 on an 80 and not in good control. My wife called their "how's my driving" number, only to be back-talked by their extremely rude and dismissive dispatcher telling us that the driver we're complaining about is his boss and then hung up on us. Reported to the OPP and MTO. Use them if you want, but I'd sooner trust a Canada Goose with a "pet me" sign.
