B	Bailey Burch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always on time and fast, as soon as you call get ready because you don't have time to do much else lol Your driver is hit or miss of course. Sometimes you get a cool guy sometimes hes lame or too quiet Good fast and reliable service no matter what though.
L	Laura Sabovitch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get a taxi today to go the Covid testing site on regent street next to Buzzy Browns, and that is what I told the person on the phone. The driver that arrived, didn’t know where he was going. He started going in the wrong direction, I told him to turn around but he didn’t. Instead of going the short way out by Canadian tire, then on to the hwy. He drove out on countryside down past St ben’s and on the hwy. I was getting so mad. I had an appointment and he was going to make me by going the wrong way. Then I told him I wasn’t going to pay a fortune for this ride. I finally got there barely on time. I don’t know the guys name but he picked me up approximately 9:25-9:30 am at 2501 Blyth Road. It cost me over $16 only because he told me that shut metre off at one point of our journey. So I had to get a taxi back home, this driver knew exactly where to go , straight home. And it only cost a little over $9.00.
R	Reagan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used them a couple times now... one driver was on her phone for the majority of the drive, and another blatantly went through a red light. Very unprofessional, but the service as a whole seems to have a monopoly in Sudbury. They got there quickly at least!

I've never had Aaron taxi not arrive or be extremely late.Many of drivers are very accodamting if you are disabled or need assistance. I recommend them anyone to looking for safe,comfortable ride. Most of cars are spotless.
W	Willa Hladun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a driver who immediately started spouting covid misinformation and conspiracy theories when I entered the cab, and when I asked him to stop he simply raised his voice and interrupted me and continued for the duration of the drive, breaching my consent and ultimately making me feel unsafe due to his misconduct. When I called to file a complaint, I was sent through to the manager’s voicemail where I left a message and never heard back. I’ve heard many horror stories about the drivers this company employs, and as such will not be recommending them nor using them any longer. There’s no way this was an isolated incident, and I have never experienced something like this with any other cab company.
