★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She has loads of experience, loves animals and it shows! Got my long-haired cat who had mats in very quickly and took excellent care of her. She's softer and her coat is the best it has ever been. We'll be back. Also, you can tell the staff enjoy each other's company and work very well together. Great place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dog for the first time to a groomer. Had to put a muzzle on her in case but heard after that it wasn't needed. I wasn't expecting such a great job and was blown away at the difference. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best groomer in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our 4 year female cat to be groomed. She had developed some nasty matts. Karen was superb. Our poor kitty was very nervous, Karen calmed her and groomed the most lovely personalized lion cut. We will most definitely return. Well done Karen. Sugar loves you.
