S	Sylvie Ducharme (Nana) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughters were looking at the bunnies and one of the staff members gave one of my daughters the meal worms to bring to the front instead of bringing them herself. My daughter tried to go back to look at the bunnies since she wasn't able to the first time and the other staff member yelled at her rudely telling her not to wander around the store even though they weren't touching anything. Very rude and unprofessional. There's a way to talk to customers and that wasn't how.

I cannot see myself going anywhere else for my supplies and recommend anyone to switch over, it’s easy to ignore big store options when the service is this impressive. Petsmart would've been a few hours wait no guarantee pick up same day. The staff at pet food warehouse are great people, they served me within 5 minutes! Best service, best employees. 10/10 recommend.

But unfortunately I give this store a 1 star due to I'm going to assume was the manager( older lady ), who was very,( I'll say ) rude (to be polite), to her staff, as she was just standing there talking to someone who must of been more important than the people waiting at the cash, sarcastically and rudely told the staff member who was helping me to serve the people at the cash. When I got to the cash, the staff member apologized to me for something she didn't have to apologize for. She still kept a smile on her face even though she was probably embarrassed about the situation she was put in.The manager should be taught some manners, and maybe change her attitude towards her staff.
