β β β β β Just got this wonderful catcondo there. The staff was great and asked me about my pets, they disassembled it, helped me bring it to my car and even gave me an allen key to put it back together when I got home. Honestly 10/10 would recommend.

β β β β β Worst customer service ever. I brought my dog in to get groomed and they caused her to have a severe infection. When calling in, I got nothing but attitude. The girl refused to give me her first name, which she is legally required too, nor did she give me corporate head office phone number, which again they are legally required too.
When i went in to complain and ask about her attitude, the manager who didnt even take my complaint seriously lied the while time. Yes i was upset, you eould be too if your fur baby was injured.

β β β β β An employee threw out an $100 gift card telling me it was used when it wasn't. When talking to the manager with receipts as proof she refused to help said it was out of her hands. After calling another pet valu I was ensured she could have done something and just refused to help.

β β β β β This is my favorite pet store in town. They have a great selection of high quality products, friendly staff, and wonderful animals. I love visiting Tika, the store owners friendly pet bird and chatting with the staff about our family pets.

β β β β β I brought my pug Dexter here for a nail trimming and the girl did a great job. The other staff member gave Dexter some treats and was very friendly.. It was a great experience!
