I had Abdul and he said he’s only drive us if we gave him 100$ cash. It was 4am and we just wanted to get home from downtown safe. We gave him 50$ cause we NEEDED a ride home. After we dropped a couple people off my friend who’s a 19year old girl was alone with him and he told her she had to pay the other 50$ because he wanted 100$ plus our tab so when she payed the bill he added a 50$ tip for himself without even asking permission. Not good customer service or quality not impressed with people now days

I was given a voucher to use Lockerby from the North East Cancer Center and the customer service I received when I called to get a cab to come get me was terrible could barely communicate with the operator and no attempt was made to try and get the message across and they failed to find my address despite spelling it out multiple times.

The dispatcher lady was rude and condescending. First car was dirty, strong smell of smoking and full of trash. The drivers were actually nice. You'll receive updates via text when your cab is on its way/arrived. It's a great service and it's such a shame how the dispatcher ruining the decent operation.

Lockerby is the worst taxi service i have ever had to use. They are always late, sometimes they forget about me and just don’t pick me up. Half the time im late for my class when they drive me back to school after my coop. If I was using this taxi service for my job I would probably become unemployed.

I will NEVER use this service again!! Vehicle 27 older man driving, has given me hassles before, never wears a mask. Ignorant SOB, doesn’t even get out of his car to assist or help. I’ve been using this company all threw the pandemic, and they say 1 bad apple ruins it for the lot. Well HE DID. I will now be going to any other company in town other than Lockerby!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!

Gone so down hill... most drivers are terrible here although I've gotten a few good ones. Cars are usually very dirty. Last one I called the back seats were covered... and I mean covered in sand. I get the vehicles won't be spotless but I really don't want to sit on a pile of sand.

Was extremely uncomfortable. Driver was not wearing his mask. Not even as a courtesy while we were in the car with our masks on. We wonder why our cases continue to sky rocket here. A person who transports people around the city for a living and interacts with strangers all day in a confined space does not have the luxury to be so irresponsible. No consideration for your customers sir. I work with the elderly and you are putting every passenger at risk. Stupidity and selfishness at its finest. Thanks for helping drive us into another lockdown.

Dispatch/Support: I have cabs scheduled to arrive at the same time 5 days a week with the drop off changing between two locations biweekly, on numerous occasions they've either not sent a cab at all which I've had to call their number and get transferred through to the correct peron, or the cab brought me to the wrong drop off location. Which I and the driver are not allowed to change. Their site is terrible, they have two contact options giving you the choice between calling or texting; don't bother texting. Response time is long and often they'll refuse giving you support and tell you to call next time (seriously?). I do not know how to attach screenshots, I wish I could as I've sent them texts to request changes and recieved unprofessional and impolite responses in return. If I had to describe their dispatch workers in two words it would be unprofessional and condescending. Cars: Cars are fine, seems their standard is an older soccer mom van which has enough seating for a group, every single van I've been picked up with has been SLIGHTLY dirty (NOT GROSS, simply dusty, dirt, that sorta thing). I'd say a third of the cars I've been picked up in have REAKED of smoke as well. They also have a beautiful four door car which is usually kept cleaner and is immensely comfortable. Drivers: Drivers are a coin toss, I've had the pleasure of meeting some cool drivers, one was wearing a detailed 3D printed skull half mask, another was handing out candy to his customers on Halloween, little things like that. Although about half the time the driver is.. well, Sudbury like. Also I've had drivers speed and run stop signs before.
