Solid steady work with above average pay. If you want to make sure you are paid on pay day this is a good place to go. Numerous different types of loads. With a safety conciensus approach to your day. Most weekends are home.

My order has been sitting in Sudbury for over 8 days, not one call or notification. Now im told its been sent to another company which im not allowed to contact and that theyve had it in their truck for a week. They lack of call or ability for me to know where my shipment is has been frustrating.

A shout out to Brad, who has been delivering shipments the past three weeks to the location I manage. He is friendly, helps me out, solves delivery mix-ups and asks if we're ready to receive shipment. The service is worth ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I have been trying to track down my package (2 loft beds 144 pounds each) for 10 days now. Noone knows where they are, although my tracking number says arrived at lively location. My credit card was charged on the 2nd 1500$ the beds were to be delivered by the 9th and still nothing. According to management in mississauga, they were lost...Noone has called or emailed me back. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Now I'll continue my wild goose chase I guess untill this is solved.

I ordered a unit for delivery and the sales company used Day and Ross delivery. Day and Ross then handed off my delivery to Gardewine. Gardewine Sudbury did not deliver as promised. Spoke with customer service on Monday and was given a choice of Thursday or Friday for delivery. I chose Friday and was promised delivery on Friday between 12-5pm. No truck showed up and no one called to explain. When I called the Sudbury establishment the woman said she was busy doing end of day paperwork and didn't think she could help me. I was told all the drivers were in so I would not be getting my unit. Then I was told they couldn't locate my unit in the morning. I was also told that the drivers were at my house and knocked on the door and rang the door bell, which is a complete lie as I booked off a 1/2 day to be home. This company has done nothing to resolve my issue. I would not recommend using this company at all.

They put the forklift through my pool table that we have been waiting for, for quite a while Now it has to go back to Wayfair and we have to start all over again. Do me a favour and TRY to be a professional business that cares for the customers property and not a bunch of careless circus clowns. Thanks alot Gardwine... BTW that was sarcasm!

i have used Gardwine many times with little issues until the last time i used them. As always, i got several quotes to ship something to my customer and Gardwine was the best so i called them. i said the load had to be there the following day and asked if this would be an issue as i would call someone else if it was. i was assured it would be there on time. well, it wasnt! i called the sudbury branch who told me it would be there and they then told me once it gets to the toronto terminal it was out of their hands to which i replied, then how can you make the commitment it would arrive to the customer on time knowing this..... i called the toronto terminal and was informed that in no way would they have said it would be there when i expected it and they were not willing to even try and accommodate me so, i had to tell my customer it wasnt going to be there when i promised. luckily, he wasnt upset with me but he very well could have been which puts me and my business relationship with them in a difficult place. i was going to call the Sudbury manager but decided not to as the promise was made verbally so i basically had no leg to stand on. so learn from my mistake, if they say they can get it there the next day, get it in an email. BUT, know that it still likely wont make it on time.....
