They have day hours posted and most of the time nobody is there or the big girl is sitting inhaling pizza's and spitting food at you. Do not use this Sudbury centre..........all other transportation companies are better. Real homely, deformed face ignorant woman night manager with no people skills, talks like a man and swears at you and is so dirty looking and in the day they have no idea how to talk to people and give you all kinds or made up lies.. I truly pity the hard working warehouse employees who have to put up with the ignorance and being discriminated and yelled at and called names in front of people that I felt so bad for them.. And every time you go, they have new staff, no wonder nobody wants to work for them. I have only met one decent warehouse worker who went above and beyond I used them to send freight to my business in November to Gore Bay and it never arrived in time and the driver smelled of alcohol...lucky nobody was killed and then he was so rude about it and said I should be paying him because it got there at least.. Cost me more money due to delays and broken parts. I called customer service and they don't care.....because the ignorant people are still there.

Amazon has emailed me and offered me a refund should the package not arrive shortly. A company that fails to provide it's one sole purpose.

They have been sitting on an order for almost 2 week, still at Mississauga depot and say they are not sure when it will be shipped to Sudbury. Delivery standard do not exist at this company. Not a care in the world to do what it is they say they do. What a waste this company is.
B	Bonnie Couchie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These business has no accountability. Non-existent service. They lost my order and kept lying about it for 2.5 weeks, saying it would be in "the next day" Did not return calls. Have not rectified this problem. How do places like this even stay in business???
