He brings energy and enthusiasm to his classes and was happy to laugh with me when I just didn’t get it. But I now do a waltz or two before I go to bed and there is no better way to clear one’s mind of the day’s activities. The benefits of dance are also set out by the Harvard Medical School. Google “Dancing and the Brain” and Harvard. I would say: DANCE DANCE DANCE!! Thanks David.

I went as a single, with some trepidation, but felt at ease David provides clear directions, in an easy, relaxed style that makes you feel confident and capable. David has he ability to break down the steps and make them easy to understand. He also takes the time to make sure his students have the correct posture for all the dances. This is a very fun taste of a number of ballroom dances that we would recommend attending Davids classes to anyone. David is a great teacher!!! He explains the dance steps clearly, several times, and offers tips on how to achieve proper posture and rhythm, on how to lead and follow, etc. We've come a long way, very quickly. =) We will continue attending David's classes, and highly recommend to give them a try, it's lots of fun!
