And when there was a claim...
Flawless experience
When my parked vehicle got backed into (almost $3000 damage) they were good, had a suitable rental vehicle for the duration of the repair, and they fixed the vehicle so it's impossible to the untrained eye anything ever happened without pictures of the accident

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have difficulty getting to speak to a person. Unless I nag they do not search for the best value in insurance. Adding my son to my insurance policy was difficult and my insurance more then doubled. What I was paying with Darling for 3 people on one car I am now paying much less for 3 people on two cars. Also by having my son switch from darling to someone else and now he is paying 75% less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Wasn't notified when mistake was made by accounting and wrong information was given to insurance company. Almost two month later was notified that payment didn't get processed because of couldn't access Mastercard cause they entered wrong information. Total disregard for the needs of their customers. Lack of any concern to notify us immediately to insure we are helped with acquiring insurance.
I live in Peterborough and work in Oshawa.
Possibly will lose my job now because of their negligence. Would not recommend Darling insurance to anyone. I would hate to see anyone go through what me and my family of 4 is going through. ?
