Now with management turn over and rent always on the rise I'm on the verge of leaving the townhomes. I have lived in 2 different Broadstreet Property units- one at Webber Greens and my most recent here in Beaumont. So in total I have lived in a Broadstreet Property since 2015. I'm very sad to say that this company doesn't seem to care about the long term tenants along with the up keep of the property it self. Basic things like-walk ways cleared of snow and cutting grass in the summer months just don't happen on a regular basis anymore. It took months just this past summer before the parking lot was swept and cleaned from the gravel over winter. Also what I seem to notice more is the crime rate is on the rise. Broadstreet Properties clearly doesn't do a thorough background check on some of it's new tenants therefore having problems with new residents. I understand people move in who have families and children, but the parking lot used for parking our vehicles is not a playground. I don't even recall how many times myself and other tenants had to complain about screaming kids playing in the parking lot. Some things are not taken seriously anymore and it makes this rental property look bad. I'm sorry to say but Broadstreet Properties is not what I once thought it was.

Most of the other tenants have dogs and almost everyone cleans up after themselves. The manager Amanda is very friendly, easy to talk with and responds quickly if ever you have an issue. I would recommend this building to anyone as well as Broadstreet Properties, they have treated us with respect the entire time we've been here. Great place to live!

They even have a fenced off area for dogs to go to the bathroom. Rebecca was very helpful in guiding me around to the different rentals along with being so informative about leasing options. and so pleasant to be around. Zana was also so polite and friendly when talking about my options i had on leasing. i strongly recommend this complex.
R	Robin Tetreault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dansereau apartments have very spacious apartments, they are quiet and kept very clean. Any concerns I've had were addressed in a timely manner. My biggest issue was the elevator, he was broken all the time, since they changed repair companies, it's been operating with no issues. Since I've been in the apartments there have been 5 managers all exceptional except one who didn't last long but had no customer service skills or respect for the tenants, her name was Megan. The current manager Zana is very kind, looks after any concerns in a timely manner and gets back to you to ensure your happy. I just wish Broadstreet Properties would notify the tenants of a manager change and let us know who that will be. I hope Zana stays with us for awhile.

The majority of the tenants are conscientious this is a wood structure and the respectability around light feet and quiet hours. Overall for a 4 floor wood apartment building I have found it to be a positive experience where the staff go above and beyond to address tenant issues/concerns and building maintenance/cleanliness. Thank you Z and all staff onsite for your hard work and genuine commitment and efforts to the tenants and property. TO
