★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They promise to deliver the quality homes but they don’t. Fixtures falling apart and giving possession of the homes partially completed homes to save there interest on LOC, as they get paid in full from us. Promising to get it done in couple weeks. I got possession on 29th July and I am at 8 weeks of possession many concerns came up in 1st week and got it emailed to them but there is no reply to the emails also. Possession concerns for sessional work is also pending. I would not recommend anyone to get passion of there home from landmark without they complete the entire home. They will promise but once you take possession then they will move there trades and go into the next projects instead of trying to complete the existing project. Now they are coming with excuse of COVID that there are restriction that’s why but where was the restriction before 20th of September.
