This place keep a very high standard of cleanliness, the maintenance guy is very good, the units are well furnished and one of the two buildings are pet friendly.

I wish I could give no stars place is full of roaches & bed bugs dirty place be ware only good thing about the building is the maintenance guy was good and seemed to care about the tenants which is more than the office staff did. Worst place ever

My wife and I are in the process of looking for a no stairs home. I have read the comments about roaches and bedbugs and they scare me not. Roaches most often come in with the boxes you yourselves use to move. Always use new boxes not grocery store discards. As for bedbugs they to are often imported by te owners. They most often are spread by newly imported stuffed toys and bedding, pillows etc. After purchasing stuffed toys or pillows, wrap them in plastic bags and place them in the freezer for two to three days. That should kill them and the eggs.

Came to look at a unit here. Awful customer service. Tried calling 3 times before we just showed up. No visitor parking so we just parked whenever and the woman was do rude! She made us feel uncomfortable as she kept "double checking" that us two females wanted to share an apartment I wouldn't of realized being a couple was an issue. Laundry is just a closet and their media rooms are just storage. They only have underground parking in one building and they won't let you live in that building if you have pets or kids. She told us they don't allow kids to be on any floor but first, because kids are noisy. Chose not to rent here based on customer service and unit affordability.

I have enjoyed living at Fuse Rentals Edmonton for 3 years (2016-2019). I was at the pet-friendly building (2105). It is a beautiful property, very clean, and well maintained inside/out. My cats loved the wide glass windows/walls with the view of the birds flying by and sometimes stopping at my balcony. The staff are very professional and always ready to help. Unfortunately, I had to move back here in Ontario but I will certainly miss my stay at this apartment.

I have been with FUSE a little less than a year. I moved from a building/another rental company not far in the neighbourhood that was plagued with poor management and many many issues. From my first step in the FUSE buildings I knew my experience would be different. The building was clean and well looked after, it smelt clean. I was interested in the pet building and was so fortunate to move in to the most beautiful quiet suite. The building has maintained it's cleanliness the entire time I've been there and I see the cleaning team every morning on my way to work - they do a fabulous job - especially in the winter with every bringing in wet footwear. The people who live in this building have been carefully selected - there seems to be a level of "ownership" in the building especially among the tenants and everyone keeps their spaces clean and tidy, it's quiet, it's friendly and the pets I've met have all been super sweet - I've spoken to more tenants in this building than I ever have in any building I've ever lived in. Management has always been receptive to my emails and inquiries, they send notices about things happening around the building and provide more than enough notice when they need our vehicles moved (due to snow removal or lot cleaning) or any other items they require, they have tenant events (I've not made it to one yet) but so appreciate that they do that. Many of the people I have met have been long term tenants and I understand why. Andrea (building manager) & her team have always responded to my emails quickly and provided the answers I've needed for all my questions. The parking lot has been maintained so well over the winter - my old place I would get stuck every year and have to dig myself out. At FUSE, I've not had one issue yet this year. The area is beautiful and so nice to walk around. There is a little park directly down the road and it's fun to hear kids playing on the big hill all year round. People are so quick to post negative reviews and often they are warranted but I think it's also important to leave a positive review especially when it is well deserved - Thank you Bentall GreekOak / FUSE rentals for the warm welcoming environment you provide your tenants. I hope to live many many more years at FUSE.

I lived in the 2109 Building for 2 years. I was the first tenant to occupy the unit. Was the best two years my family and I spent, we had the two bedroom and den, very spacious and convenient for a family with kids. Our apartment was at the corner viewing 68 street from the kitchen window and 66 street from the balcony. We even had our BBQ in the balcony very nice during summer. Quite and nice neighbours. All the staff are amazing and cooperative, all issues immediately resolved. During the two years the dish washer had a small issue but was immediately resolved and working perfectly fine till the day we left. Just to reply about some reviews regarding the croaches personally we did not have any, plus the management got a pest control company, that resolved the issue and did follow up for several months. I personally think that keeping your apartment clean is the key.

I have lived in this complex for five years and haven't had any major issues. The current Manager is friendly, courteous, efficient and personable. It's a safe and friendly complex that is well managed. The staff try to accommodate your needs and requests as quickly as they can and deal with issues that arise accordingly and efficiently. I recommend this complex if you want a safe family environment that feels like a community.
