I have now rented with broadstreet properties for the past 8 years. I truly do not have anything bad thing to say. Anytime I ever needed repairs they were completed within 48 hours. Great costumer service line that is available 24 hours and and an onsite office. They also have great suites with unbeatable prices. As a first time renter this was the best experience. I would recommend Broadstreet to anyone.
R	Rachel DesCotes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cockroach problem in one of their buildings, they charged me for a parking stall that was supposed to be free for nearly 2 years and wouldn't refund me. They came in my apartment without my permission, they left my door unlocked when they went inside when I wasn't home. When I finally moved out after living their for 3.5 year a couple weeks ago, they told me I wouldn't be charged for February, but I was and they denied that they ever said I wouldn't be charged. Nobody is getting back to me and mercroft garden won't pick up my calls, they've also hung up on me . They haven't had good management in Mercroft since Sarah left.

Having looked at a few places this one is definitely at the top of my list when I move to Edmonton in the spring.

I	Ifraz Ul Haq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previous management was good and friendly. Current building manager is rude and arrogant. Current manager is a scam. They tried to charge us for damage carpet that was damaged by previous tenant and was recorded in our lease documents. But they still tried to charge us for that carpet. After phoning several times, they finally said oh its a mistake. The problem is even if you phone head office or customer services to make complaint, they just take messege and says that site manager will phone you to discuss the problem. The site manager has no accountabily and misuse his power. He also switched off our digital key fob to access building a day before our agreed last day at apartment.

I have told them that the stove continues to have issues and a fridge that doesn’t keep temp even. Nothing. My son waited 2 years to have his screen replaced.I just don’t know what is going o . Just downhill. I also paid for 4 1/2 years of parking that I was not supposed to pay either but absolutely no refund. That’s over $500 a year for something I wasn’t supposed to pay for
