S	Susan O'Donnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Double cheeseburger disgusting, not cooked right, not charbroiled, microwaved ,I think, mustard, ketchup and a pickle on it, onion rings so greasy, grease was literally falling off it,,,I have been here many times for 40 years, but this is the worst food and it has been consistently like this for the past year,I give up, never again

K	Karen Hyland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give no stars! My husband went through the drive-through tonight March 26th 2022 and ordered two banana splits. He explicitly said no pineapple on either of them because I am allergic. He told the workers that it’s due to an allergy. He got home and we started eating our splits and immediately my tongue started to tingle and my stomach got very upset so I did some fishing around and there is a whole bunch of pineapple on the bottom and sauce. They covered it with the fudge and caramel sauce so I did not see it before I started eating unfortunately. The workers need to be more conscious of what they are serving and when someone says it’s due to an allergy they need to be absolutely certain that they do not cross contaminate. This was at the Belleville location on Dundas Street. I will not be returning. I tried submitting this through their website but the location search is not working so it is not letting me submit.
H	Haley Thurston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and friendly staff! Ordered a Misty Slush for my daughter with a dairy allergy and they made sure to wash their hands prior to preparing her drink. I was really touched by the care and attention to detail that was put into the order. Will be back soon!
M	Merp Herppins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always come here for each of my 5 kids birthdays to buy ice cream cakes. They used to come with pre-made fancy art like Pokemon, Mario and others. My kids loved picking random birthday cakes with their favourite things on them, it was a special event. Lately they're all plain cakes. Bring back that good cake art!
