★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They warm the burgers in a microwave. Microwaving hamburgers is gross. I find it hard to believe how that's ok.
Talk about standards going down hill. I tossed the burgers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well presented location with tasteful decor. The place was very clean and tidy, and surprisingly offered table service. I've always enjoyed the broad selection of ice cream treats here and variety is well presented and thought out. The mushroom swiss was good and the side of onion rings were decent. Staff were efficient and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DQ has long been one of my favorites. Soft serve second to none. Burgers and Fries always a treat. A lot of the Sundae toppings have been dropped over the years, including my favourite Pecan Praline (or something like that) and Maple Walnut. A least the still have caramel. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been to a DQ in ages...don't have one in my wee town, and it's a long drive to the View Royal outlet. Went to Can Tire to buy my granddaughter a basketball hoop and ball, success! Lunch time. So walked over to the DQ with a plan for an Ultimate burger, a nice treat for Grandpa. Place was empty, lots of chairs semi-grouped in clumps, made me ask if there was inside dining. Yes, she said. One staffer on duty. I did a quick walk around to survey the place, extremely disorganized, only a few tables available, all but one needed a wipe-down. Floor needed a sweep. I went back to the front counter and read the overhead menu boards, didn't see the Ultimate. I asked if it was still on the menu, staff turned around and looked, then said "We have". English deficiency. I asked her what is in the Ultimate, and she pointed at the burger board, but it's not there. She points again. Still not there. The place isn't very clean, and the one clean table is surrounded by random chairs just like someone's garage or basement. Too low effort. Time for me to go. Somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sadly disappointed with a mushroom burger and double patty cheese burger. We both ended up with diarrhea though only eating 1/2 of our sauce saturated burgers.
DQ has been a favorite when we're traveling, but we won't be returning here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My chicken sandwich was terrible. The lettuce and tomato looked like it had been pulled out of a garbage can 6 weeks ago. They also screwed up the bill and coupon, and did not give me my receipt.
