★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Regency Insert and liner from Barb fall of 2019. Great Lady! Really enjoyed our chats. Gave me a darn good deal, and I'm really happy with the insert. It's the new style with the Catalytic in the chimney, takes some getting used to but works great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I was referred to this small company trying to keep it local dealing with small companies I never expected to get such I poor experience that I would have to share!
Started making a deal in middle of October as of December 15th still never had a product to install!! Got tired of hearing Barb say hey wait a minute buddy slow down!
Decided to go to another company in the same town had all my product the same day imagine how disappointed it was for me to find out I waited for over two and a half months for nothing
As i figured you would, blame the customer, but you and I both know the real story!

If we had the money at the time I would have sued. Total joke of a company. This was when they were in vernon
