I like the speedpass which easily allows you to fill up at the pump with a simple tap on the ? and you're on your way especially with the new regulations where you have to prepay before filling up.

Excellent service and staff. Tire shop in Armstrong has dedicated employees and pricing is good too. They go the extra mile.

Clueless. The information stickers on the diesel pump was almost completely worn off. Asking the owner if the diesel contains any biodiesel or not they said "What is biodiesel" -- try the station nextdoor instead.

Repulsive “manager” (or whoever the curly haired brunette is who lacks intelligence and common courtesy). We stopped here to get gas, and my wife ran to grab us iced coffees next door. For whatever reason, the coffees took a while, so I finished pumping and then spent time with my 2-year-old keeping him cool in the back seat. I had the windows down and was standing beside him at the rear passenger door feeding him water and patting him down with a cool napkin (for approximately 12 minutes) while we waited for my wife to return. I didn’t want to start the car to put the air conditioning on because I thought the station might think I’m trying to dash. Wife returns and as I’m already walking in to pay, the clerk starts barking at me over the intercom demanding that I pay immediately. I get in and she gives me huge attitude saying she watched me “detail my car for 20-30 minutes.” Apparently washing your front and back windshield and wiping one window for visibility is detailing a car. I said I have a two year old in the back who I was trying to keep cool which is why I didn’t come in earlier. She looked surprised like she didn’t believe me. At this point, she became defensive and even more rude. I might add, I reminded her the station was not busy at all, I clearly opened the vehicle doors to assure them I wasn’t dashing, AND her pump didn’t have pre-pay. I asked if she would have preferred if leave my son alone in the car???? She was speechless for a while, then backpedals saying she didn’t see my kid. I was like, I thought you were “watching me detail for half an hour??” I continued, obviously you weren’t watching very closely. Also, you could have simply asked if I needed help or come out and checked to see if everything was okay. Her response: my wife shouldn’t have left because I was blocking traffic. I scoff and remind her that maybe 1-2 other pumps out of approximately 8 pumps were used the entire time I was “blocking traffic,” and they are (sarcastically) probably the only station in Canada that doesn’t have pay at the pump. She says “what would pay at the pump have mattered?” Uhh.. then you wouldn’t have had to wait for me to pay - the very matter you are so clearly upset about. Basically, she was disgustingly ignorant and rude. She probably didn’t realize she had made a mistake (and that I had a kid), but was too dumb and proud to own up to her mistake. A despicable display of one’s true character. I hope you have 50 year old pumps for the next 50 years.

East Indians were oblivious. Told me I couldn't buy marked gas for my generator to put in a gas can. Was going to goto petrocanada across the street. They didn't disallow me

Human Being & Being Human are completely different things. Recently helped one of my family friends with just a phone call from Toronto ON in Armstrong BC. Thank you so much. Highly appreciate it guys keep it up and spread humanity. We need more people like you around.
