★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two guy came to my parents house to do duct cleaning. One guy, the owners son (he called his mother/office manager), was hostile and aggressive towards them. They came not wearing masks and not social distancing. After coming a day late because of another job, they came 2 hours late. They said they couldn’t do the job because they didn’t have enough hose (my parents live on a regular residential street - not some acerage). One worker just stood there silent while the owners son got hostile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. The owner/son came to our house and asked to use my blow dryer to blow-dry the coil in my furnace. I was charged $90 just for him to knock on the door, and $22 for every 15 min that he blow dryed! His solution was to charge $800 to refill the unit but not repair the leak, or to replace a unit that did NOT need replacing for $4500 . This company will over charge and take advantage of you without flinching. The owner/mother partner was rude and dishonest. Don't get into the mess we did. Call someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top quality work - worth every penny, will never go anywhere else! I have an old green air conditioner that was beginning to act up. Other places told me "run it till it dies". I called Custom Vac on the recommendation of my parents, and Donald fixed it right up. Didn't give me a song and dance about how old it was, or try to upsell me, just fixed it. We had to move the thing over the winter to landscape the side of the house, and Custom Vac not only moved it, but got it in tip-top shape when they reinstalled it. If you want it done right, call these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denise and Donald were very professional. They showed up even earlier than the booked time. Donald was very honest and said my ac didn't need to be cleaned. He also pointed that my furnace still has around 5 years of life so changing it is not a priority (we just moved into the house and have other urgent issues). The price i was charged was the very same quote Denise provided me from the office. Honest and good quality service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a brand new hot water tank installed in our home. The guys that installed the hot water tank were so professional and polite. After they were done, the area they were working in was cleaned up and tidy. Denise, who is in the office is very polite and extremely helpful. We were in a bind and needed a new hot water tank immediately and she accommodated us, with no problem. If you are looking for an experienced and professional company for your home needs, Custom Vac is where you should go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Custom Vac over last week to clean the ducts of the home I rented for the last four years. Apparently, this was the first cleaning ever in the 35 years since the house was built. With two dogs and three cats constantly shedding I I will be making this an annual job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Donald and his apprentice Chase come to my home to inspect our furnace and AC. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed by how thorough they were when assessing my equipment.
Donald took the time to explain everything he was looking at, showing me what parts of my hvac system were in good shape while also pointing out what was deficient.
I have no hesitation recommending Donald and Custom Vac for your heating, cooling & ventilation needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long over due! I had a *different* company install an air conditioner in my condominium and they did a very, very poor job. Even attempts to fix the issues were unsuccessful and it was clear they did not know what they were doing. The unit was installed incorrectly causing a series of issues.
Donald quickly identified the (many) issues, took the time to explain what was going wrong, how to repair it, and answered all of my questions in detail. After the repair, I did not have any issues whatsoever.
Donald also drove out to my in-laws house New Years Day when they were away on holiday and their heater broke. I called Custom Vac and Donald was there in less than an hour. Again, very quickly identified the issue and had it repaired.
Donald doesn't beat around the bush. He gets to the point and I find this helpful and efficient.
My neighbours own an HVAC company and I still call Custom Vac every time (even though it's quite the drive for them!). I hope this shows just how much I trust this company and their quality of work.
