★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my mats according to the package specifications and when they arrived they were beautiful! The only problem was that they didn't quite fit. I checked the measurements and the package and they matched, so I messaged CustomMat and they quickly replied no problem, they would resend at the adjusted size at no cost to me, even though the fault was with the frame production not their own. Excellent customer service!

Everything from the website to the service is so easy. Wish more companies were like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service!! I realized I ordered the wrong size mat opening and e-mailed Custom Mat to ask if I could change the mat opening size. As I sent the e-mail, I received the notification that my order had already shipped so, I assumed it was too late. However, Daniel on the customer service team was so accommodating and allowed me to change the mat opening size and recalled the shipment at no extra cost. I am so grateful and am super excited to get my mats in!!

The company has a large selection of mats, the ordering process is easy, delivery was quick and the product quality was great. The customer service team was quick to respond when I realized I had mis-measured one of my prints, and they offered to ship a new mat free of charge. I would highly recommend ordering from Custom Mat and will continue to shop here in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is fantastic. I've ordered 4 custom mats from them over the past year and each delivery has been super fast and the customer service is always amazing.
The last time I ordered a mat, I measured wrong and they offered to remake the right size for FREE and ship it for free.
I will continue to order from them for any mat needs I have and I am happy to tell everyone I know about them!
Can't say enough good things about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! We ordered two custom mats and the customization tool on their website was super easy to use, they both shipped very quickly, and they stand by their product and word. One of the mats wound up not fitting our frame (our mistake, the frame hadn’t arrived so the measurements we imputed were from the framer’s website ended up being inaccurate) and the team at Custom Mats were super understanding and shipped us a new custom mat free of charge. I really appreciated their kindness and understanding, and love to support a business that cares about their customers this way. Highly recommend!
