C	Charles Bilash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian and James were fantastic electricians to deal with... I had an use about a broken conduit that was buried in deep concrete in a condo development that was preventing Telus Fibre from providing me service of the upgrade. Nelcan came recommended and they already knew what they had to do. The challenge was finding the break and feeding a line from the Building Panel to my suite panel which was bout 250ft in distance. They did everything with multiple ideas to find a solution. They were were efficient and mostly very easy going guys and had a complete positive attitude to finding a solution and really went over and beyond to included purchasing some new tools needed to help with the job at a supplier nearby. Finally with some really creativity they found the path for the fibre cable!! They cleaned up and vacuumed their mess and honestly I can't recall the last time I had an experience with a professional trade company. Highly highly recommend Nelcan from a customer service point of view from the initial call and set up which itself was a pleasant experience to the actual work with the electricians. Awesome experience!!

BC Hydro would only reconnect after a certified electrician repaired the damage at the house and provided a declaration document. Nelson was able to get one of his guys to my house at the end of his shift (it was late in the day), assess the parts needed, and then he was back at 8 am the next day to make the repairs. Saved my bacon. Thanks for the awesome service.

The electrician (James) and his apprentice were professional and courteous. They both worked efficiently and were thorough. They did not drag out the job and were done in one day instead of the estimated day and a half to 2 days. I also contacted the office several times with questions prior to the job and the front office staff were always helpful and patient. We will not hesitate to use the company again if we have electrical issues.

This also involved a new panel and service upgrade. Nelson the owner was profesional and communicative, and foreman James completed the work to a high level of satisfaction. They passed their city inspections on the first go, and came in on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to reccomend Nelcan Electric to other contractors/builders looking for a competent professional electrical contractor at a fair price.
