★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received excellent service once again! My 22 year old Miele machine could be fixed at a low cost! I have been very satisfied with the product (as it cleans as well as on day one after 2 decades of use,) and the service I received. I am now trying to break the record my mom set. She used her Miele vacuum for 30 years, plus. For all of you that are debating if you should get a Miele vacuum cleaner, I can recommend it. They have a model on blow out sale right now, that I had my eye on, in case mine could not be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Cushing's via email a couple of months ago to look into replacing our aging Dyson with a Miele. I wanted to purchase from a local business rather than an online reseller or big box store. Wow, did I make the right choice. John was very helpful and patient with my questions.
Despite COVID they arranged a time when I could safely come into the store for a demonstration. John explained that he would feel more comfortable about my purchase if he could show me the unit first, in case there was anything about it I didn't like. They walked me through all of the features and functions very thoroughly. If I wasn't already pretty sure about the vacuum that I wanted, the service would have definitely been what pushed me over the edge. Not only did we get great service from some clearly great people, the vacuum is quieter, and more powerful than any we've ever owned in the past. Despite regular vacuuming with our old vacuum, on our first use the Miele discovered dust our Dyson clearly didn't know was there!
Cushing's offers the kind of customer service that has been steadily disappearing from other retailers for far too long. They're great people who care about selling great products!

I chose a replacement on his advice and I was impressed with the performance of my new central vacuum power head and hose. My carpets haven’t been cleaner. Thanks John!
