He fixed the issues and there was a problem he didn't anticipate which required him to stay much longer than anticipated but he didn't charge me over the quoted price. Very thankful for his services, definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jim installed CYCLO’s central vacuum system for us today. He is very pleasant to work with. Communication is efficient all the time. He also installed an extra inlet for me in the garage for cleaning the cars. Super nice and professional. FIVE STARS RECOMMENDED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not a good experience. I took my vacuum in for repair. It needed a new cord. When I called he said could be done right away. Well, a week later. Only to find out he couldn’t repair it. Btw, this is after 3 phone calls. Kept putting me off. Then he had the gull to charge me for diagnosis. I knew what was wrong.
Don’t use this repair shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a great experience today with Jim at the Vac-Man shop. We had called ahead of time and based on our needs, Jim recommended a Sebo. We had never heard of the Sebo brand before but based on some quick internet research it seemed to be top-rated — generally ranking better than Dyson, Miele, and Kenmore. Jim definitely knows the machines inside-out and took his time with us while we were in the shop to explain all of the features important for allergy-sufferers (e.g., thick bags, thick filters) and pet owners (e.g., power head with roller brush that you can easily remove for cleaning). We’re very happy customers and so glad we chose Vac-Man!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with Paul, and was very impressed. Was looking for a part for a vacuum bought from Sears Canada years ago, and was fully expecting to be told they would need to order it (if that). I already had the part ready to order online, just incase.
Not only did they have the part in stock, but for cheaper than if I had ordered it online.
Would highly recommend. Great service.
I asked for another part, more unique, and it wasn't in stock, but Paul did his best to find a similar part. Wasn't there, but I knew it was a long shot. At least they tried.
Will return when I eventually need a new vacuum.. Or another part.
