We had the pleasure of working with Melissa and 2 Sarahs. They supported us the whole time and tried their best to get us answers to our questions and concerns. Althought at the end we didn't find the house suitable for our family (as first time home buyers we didn't feel comfortable buying a house just off the floor plan) we recommend buying your house from this wonderful builder. We plan on putting in an offer for the house once it has been built.
K	Kishan Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honesty is my policy and I feel cheated. I purchased a home in Ariss Ontario for which I paid $1.4 million. My driveway was completed in mid 2019 and the issues appeared in 2020. Unfortunately, I have become a victim of the builder's asphalt driveway vendor who completed a poor quality driveway. I am very disappointed as I cannot even put my flower pots on the driveway without it leaving an imprint. The builder has noted that the driveway was not included in the warranty and hence will not fix the problem which is worth only a few hundred dollars compared to hundreds of thousands invested in the project. I am advising all buyers to ensure they enforce the inclusion of a clause in the purchase agreement that the driveway should be included in the event of any complications such as the ones noted in the images below.

Reputable builder, successfully completed few other projects in the area, unique design and amazing layouts, perfect use of space. Model house is ready and we can't wait to move in our home.

The customer service we received was top notch. The sales person we dealt with was kind and carefully explained all of the details of the purchase. The designer we met with in the design studio spent almost an hour reviewing the standard treatments with suggestions individually tailored to what we wanted. We also took the time to look at some of granite homes previous projects and they were beautiful and we were sure the mill house project would have been beautiful as well. Due to our current living situation we weren't able to wait for the project to complete and the sales team was understanding and just a delight to deal with. I will strongly recommend this builder to any friends or family who are looking to move. A+ customer service, helpful staff and just a lovely experience overall. Thank you granite homes for helping in the journey to find our first home!

A special thanks to Sandra Aveiro, Sarah Jackson, and Lauren Graham. They were extremely professional and friendly making us feel comfortable all the way through and never hesitating to answer the 100's of questions we had. This being my second new home ever purchased this was a night and day difference from overall experience, to quality of the home. If anyone is in the market for a new home look into Granite Homes as your next dream home.
A	Arati S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been a horrible experience with Granite Homes. It all started with a roof leak in our living room celling at the beginning of 2021. A service tech came in to assess the situation and after investigating found out that the leak could be coming in thru the roof. It took Granite home months to schedule the roofing company to come in and fix the problem after me following up with them almost weekly. The leak from the roof got behind the baseboards and the drywall in out washroom. And now Granite homes is telling us that the damage inside the house will not be covered by them as our house is out of warranty. It is just beyond ridiculous. This is not what you expect from a quality builder. I'm very frustrated with them.

The home designer misses to translate what you communicate to the team building home, she marks it on the drawings but wouldn't accept the error that it got missed. Putting blames on customers is easy You do your stuff day in & day out. A very poor after-sales experience in particular- unlike their build quality which is amazing. They have some lovely people too but overall recently the rudeness and indifferent approach we faced from them spoiled all the great experience we had
