★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my prized possession for an alignment, only to find out that they're heavily involved with show cars, race cars and even us simple commuter folk. They were quick, professionals and friendly! I'd definitely go back...heck, I'll likely go back for them to do a full inspection so it meets their standards! They seem to be set high! Great job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my summer fun car to Big Wheel for an alignment and got all squared away. German cars tend to be super sensitive with alignments and well-centered steering wheels so getting it right is no easy feat. Chad was great. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my lowered vehicle in after I installed coilovers, to have the car aligned. Not only did they complete the job properly and honestly, but also quicker than originally stated. Very knowledgeable staff, and high quality workmanship. Also, very transparent, and very explanatory with the work that was completed. Will be back in the future, thank you so much Chad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best and most honest mechanic I know. When they work on my car the job is always well done, I always leave happy. Only con I see is they're not open on Saturdays. If it was big wheel would be the only mechanic I'd see. Long story short they are very Profesional and honest mechanics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick and Chad are a great team and were the only mechanics that were able to align my bmw X5. The other "shop" said it was ceased and they could not align my front end. That was no problem for Rick and Chad. Fantastic price as well. I don't usually review, but good, honest work needs to be acknowledged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an oil change for the first time and got a quick appointment. After doing a Synthetic oil change I noticed the sticker said to change oil again in 5000km. Which is the limit for a non Synthetic oil. So to confirm I went back to ask the technician he told me that they recommend 3k for normal and 5k for Synthetic And then proceeds to say we can change it whenever we want but the car will keep burning oil and we will end up with no oil. Which is not true since my car is 2019 with only 50k kms on it and I check the oil level it doesn't burn. Basically from all this experience I felt like the technicians aren't knowledgeable and this place wants you to get oil changes waaayy before the time to make money! Not going back there again!
