★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office I work in has been using their water delivery service for about a year and a half and they have been late delivering their water on almost a monthly basis. We've had to call them more than a hand-full of times as reminder to even get our delivery. Sometimes we go a week without water which is incredibly inconsistent and annoying to deal with. I would not recommend Culligan.

Glenn (the service technician) came to install the system within 3 days of ordering! Very clean service. Glenn took his time to go through the whole system. Very informative!
I also called the Receptionist to have Glenn call me as I had a few questions and he called me back the same day. Great service!
And great prices too! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bottle depot is refusing returns on 18L due to the smell of the bottles, trying to blame it on them smelling of marijuana inside the bottle, inside really.
So because your company does not properly rinse out the bottle prior to resell and they develop a severe mildew buildup that ruins the water, you are taking that out on the customers. I can't count how many times I've returned full bottles to local store (Canadian Tire) due to the smell of the water as soon as you open it. Even had CT staff almost vomit over the smell.
I no longer just put a new bottle onto the cooler cause I'm tired of their unrinsed mildew smelling water contaminating my cooler. I now remove the cap first, smell test, put cap back on then use or return.
Stop refuse bottle returns cause they stink inside. Do your job and properly clean then before resell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have water refill stations for when there open and when there closed. Never all that busy. Never had any issues with anyone. Parking is also good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In these unprecedented times, I try not to go out if I don’t have to. I’m just sorry I didn’t call earlier to start home delivery. Delivery is always on time, great customer service! I dealt with Angela at the Sudbury office. She was knowledgeable, explained everything and made it so easy to get started. No hidden surprise costs, she was knowledgeable and made it easy for me. Kevin (repair gentleman) at the Sudbury office was also a key factor in my signing up for home delivery. I went in as a non-customer with a problem with my own cooler and he treated me like GOLD and fixed my problem in less than 2 minutes. Because of his help that day, as well as Angela’s customer service skills and knowledge, it solidified my reasons for getting home delivery. Anytime I call, Tanya always knows the answer. Even if I’m just calling for a silly question. They make me feel like a client, instead of ‘just a number’. Please keep up the great work and thank you for giving me a little bit of normalcy in these crazy times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable, efficient service. I call in when I need to reorder my bottles and they arrive on the next delivery date to my area. One little thing is that they replace all the empties they take away regardless of the number of bottles I requested. Some weeks I need more than others. Also winter time is when I travel so I need less bottles and must make room for them inside the house.
