★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so impressed with the service we received from Blaine & Jade; our 3 month old RAV4 was there to fix mainly the front (drivers side) after my husband was involved in a crash October 23,2021. The part took 4 months & 5 days to arrive at CSN REFLECTIONS. Last Thursday the part arrived & was installed. CSN then drove Otto our Toyota Dealership for recalibration & test drives. Next day (Friday) Jade. Phone us to tell us we can pick up the car on Monday. CSN REFLECTIONS did an awesome job in fixing our RAV4. TY BLAINE & JADE

Blaine is very kind when I asked for the quote to be explained in detail. Price is fair and the service is exceptional. When I picked up my car after they fixed it, Gary did the walk around and showed me what they did to fix it and since I am too short to see the top of my SUV, he went above and beyond to grab a step ladder and made sure I’m able to see what he was explaining, at the same time making sure of safety.
I’ll give them 10 stars if it’s an option.

Our sons truck was almost a write-off and Reflections was able to return the truck within less than a month to better condition than when it was brought in. There was not one detail that was missed in returning the truck from body, electrical, decals and trim. Blaine and staff go above and beyond to update you on the progress including taking the time to send pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garry and Blaine did an excellent job of assessing the damage and providing multiple options on the most effective method of repair. They did a fair estimate, communicated changes through the process, and delivered the car on time and within our agreed upon budget.
Plus they paid attention to numerous small body details as they went over the car and either touched them up or pointed them out for future consideration.
Honest. Clear communication. Respectful to their customers. They have been like this for 20+ years. I would not hesitate to recommend them for bodywork to anyone.
