★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanics here are awesome. They do what you only need. They don't say oh you need this and that and try to sell you stuff you don't need yet. like some other shops I know that do that. the parts these other shops try to get you on still may have another 3000 to 3000 km left before you need to change that part. At One Stop these guys will notify you of the problem and tell you if you need it fixed right away or if it is worn a bit, but will last 3 to 4000 kms maybe a bit less or more. But but they try won't compromise safety. The are very honest mechanics. Their rates good and their hours are good.

They had my fifth wheel hitch installed on short notice and charged a fair price. Unlike some of the bigger shops in the city recommending a new hitch simply due to the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an oil change. They took it upon themselves to change my air filter and cabin filter without permission. My bill was $70 more then I expected. Not happy at all. I should not have to pay for their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience. We discuss and agree the price which is $120, but they charge me $160+GST after the installation is done.
More importantly, they have not done a good job on my hitch installation. The hitch is making vibrant sound with chassis, and they said need to charge me more to fix the sound problem. I ll definitely do not come back.
