As I had to have my muffler and Cadillac converter replaced Although I did not have the privilege of meeting Mike the owner I was very happy with the service I received from John and Wesley I was glad that John was able to fit me in for service right away as I was not able to drive my car and had to have it towed into the shop. The price I was given was a fair price and the service was very professional with absolutely amazing customer service. John was able to explain in detail the work that needed done and at no point did I feel pressure or feel like I was being taken advantaged of. I was happy that Wesley even was generous enough to come and pick me up at my home when my car was ready for pickup. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for prompt and excellent service.

Mike is a gent, and the work is always great and fast. In my opinion, if you're not already going here, you're probably getting screwed elsewhere.

Once Mike/John/George got it up and had a look, they discovered that it had serious issues with the frame and other items too numerous to mention. They told us that it wasn't worth it and that they would never be comfortable with her driving it even if she wanted to spend the ten thousand to get it drivable. While we were both upset that she wouldn't have a vehicle, I am forever thankful for their advice and counsel. They are the nicest group of mechanical professionals that I have had the pleasure to meet. Also, they would not take a nickel of my daughter's money and I know they spent hours in diagnosis. Can't recommend this place high enough-5 stars doesn't begin to reflect their service.
