This is the only mechanic I have ever known. Sure, my Dad used Carl's Place since the last century when cars were first invented, but for me the service and attitude is everything. I have brought every car I have ever owned (five so far), my wife brings her car, and since Mark is so young and spry I expect my son and grandson will be bringing their cars as well. Rates are great, turnaround is fast, communication is timely and consistent, and, most importantly, I am never made to feel stupid with a question about how something works, or why something does not work. I will even be taken into the garage to be shown what was done, the part that was replaced, and how it will work. That patience and attention to detail takes time and demonstrates, without a doubt, why the Millers care about their clients and those clients' cars.

Response auto understands reputation, customer service, and value. Their work is good because I believe they understand Volvo design, they're approachable, and I have found their work to be well done. You work directly with the owners and from my interaction with them, I have found them to be dependable and friendly folks. They are worth a five star review and I wish them well in their business.

I have been a customer of Response Auto since I purchased my first used Volvo 240 in 1999. I currently own a 2012 Nissan Altima and still have all my regular maintenance done by Response Auto. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. They will tell you what absolutely needs to be done now, what should be done, what is non-urgent so you can prepare for next time. Response Auto Centre is fair and reasonably priced and I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I have been a customer for about 10 years with my first Volvo and now my Honda product. I feel confident about the service provided to me that it is fairly priced and done well. I appreciate if there is any work that needs to be done that I get a thorough estimate and that I can ask questions about it without feeling like a dork. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent.

Our 1998 Volvo has been fully serviced by Response for 13 years. Mark's professional attention to all the car's needs, as if it were his own, gives us full confidence in its reliability. As long as we can take our car to Response we have no thoughts of buying a new one. Service at Response is thorough, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and delivered with integrity. They have been so helpful at fixing my car. Although it was difficult to find certain parts to fix my older vehicle, they took the time and energy to locate and get them for me. They are flexible with your schedule, reliable and transparent and reasonable with quotes and prices.

After getting sub-par service and questionable auto part recommendations at my Subaru dealership, I called around to get a second opinion. I explained the situation to Mark and he immediately made time to check my car the next morning. I brought my vehicle in and the technicians made some alarming discoveries. Basically, my vehicle was not safe to drive even though Subaru sent me on my way assuring me that they would never put me on the road in an unsafe vehicle. On top of that, Mark's team confirmed that the $3600 worth of parts that Subaru told me needed replacing was not necessary on my 2019 Subaru. I left my vehicle in their hands and was very satisfied with the work and the transparency of the service. On top of that, Brent was kind enough to help me transport my tires back home instead of me making two trips to collect them (I also purchased winter tires). I was very thankful for that. Needless to say, I will be using this establishment for all future automotive services on my STI. Subaru proved that all they care about is making that initial sale and then gouging their customers every time they come in for a simple oil change after purchase. I trust Brent and Mark to provide honest and quality service and recommendations going forward.
