Their time estimates were reasonable, and both times they finished ahead of schedule. My car was also cleaned and vacuumed and the staff in the office were courteous and professional.

After the run around with my insurance company, the folks at Parker's went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed and back on the road. The service was exceptionally friendly, prompt and of the highest quality. Any time my family or I have car issues in the future, we will surely be bringing it to Parker's. Thank you to Roy and his team for the wonderful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flawless bumper and rear side panel replacement on our 2021 Subaru Outback that someone "very nicely" scratched and took off. For years I walked by their shop on my way to work and was greeted with a friendly smile and wave. Now that I needed them for a repair - they showed me the same level of exceptional courtesy and workmanship. I highly recommend them and will go back when needed. Thanks Michelle for your team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a hit and run I was recommended to this garage by ICBC. I could not have been happier with Parker’s. They took care of all the details from assessing the damage to organizing a rental vehicle. All I did was show up with my damaged car, pick up the rental car, Bring it back to pick up my newly fixed car. I was especially impressed by the extra details such as the car wash and detailing - and the car was done a day early. Staff were super friendly and very organized. Very happy customer. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough on how happy I am with this company. I would highly recommend them for any body work or car detailing. The staff from the front desk to the estimator to the body shop guys are the friendliest people. The customer service is amazing. And the work they do is outstanding. I've used them before and I will always come here to get any future work done.
My daughter car needs to be fixed and I will be taking it to them for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me awhile to get about leaving a review for this place, I was recently under my truck and seen another bolt missing on the work they reassembled.
About a year back I had a garbage truck back into my parked truck in my driveway, they did some decent damage to the right side of my truck that required a new fender, headlight and match paint.
So why the two star review, I brought my truck to parker, very friendly staff, and excellent paint job on the new fender as well blending in to old paint.
The person who took my truck apart and reassembled it must of been smoking something, they tossed my very expensive aftermarket headlight out when they replaced the housing, when the fender was reinstalled they missed putting bolts back in, I had to go buy some, fender was not even close to lined up with rest of truck as the bolts they did remember to put back were way over tightened or not tightened at all, there was rattling coming from under my truck, it's a diesel so it was loud rattling, when I looked they didn't tighten the bolts and I lost a few driving around on top of the ones they didn't reinstall.
Again, great customer service, Excellent paint job, terrible reassemble of the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my monster of a truck in here, and despite how packed the lot was they got me in. Repaired damage done to doors locks and handles from an attempted break in. Got it all painted up and matched perfect! The front end staff are exceptionally helpful, and knowledgeable. The quality of service work was also top notch. Why you would go anywhere else for vehicle damage repairs is beyond me. So word to the wise, if they have the space in the hectic schedules of all businesses in town right now to get you fixed up. Stop shopping right here. Its your spot 100%
