She repaired my flute with such professionalism that I swear that when I received it, I thought I had a new flute...I even checked the serial number to ensure she sent me the right flute! I was hesitant to send my flute to someone I did not know, but she reassured me that all would go well...and it did. She did the work that was required to make my flute playable again and did not try to do unnecessary work for a profit. Kim has been helping me with my flute keys after another tech replaced my pads, and I must say the experience has been remarkable.
