★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first happened upon Dylan when my Telecaster needed a crack repair in a very difficult spot. After I had dropped my guitar off Dylan got very busy with some rush jobs for professional musicians. When he explained his predicament I said, don't worry about my job as I am not in a rush. With that he expressed his thanks as it was clear that he wanted to fulfill his promise of the timeline we had discussed.
After some chit chat and getting to know each other he said wait here a minute. When he returned with a guitar case in hand he said here....take this with you and bring it back when yours is ready. He was loaning me his personal guitar.
That right there sealed it. This guy cares. And from that day I have remained a loyal customer and friend of Dylan and Dan and Old Towne Strings.
Thanks guys for your dedication to the craft of guitars and good old fashioned customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up a beat up old 1940's catalogue cowboy guitar with missing bracing and host of other issues and asked if he could make it a player... It was in really bad shape but looked cool. Dillon said leave it with me and I'll see what we can do... a few weeks later I get a text telling me it turned out better than anticipated and wow, this thing is a player now! They took a wall hanger and made a player! Very satisfied and pleased with the work these gents do! And very reasonably priced to boot. Very happy customer, and will bring more projects to them for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a crack in the side of my acoustic guitar fixed here and Dylan did a great job for an even lower price than I was quoted. The crack is hardly noticeable anymore and more importantly, it should not get any bigger now that it has been repaired.

They did a great job and I would be happy to have any of my instruments in their care. Excellent workmanship and fair rates. I would definitely recommend them.
