★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to get new guitar string with my 3 yr old . All the covid protocols in place , sanitizing station at entry . I found the staff knowledgeable ,helpful and best of all friendly . My son had fun strumming the guitars :)

I called down to the store in a panic and they helped me troubleshoot and find a solution in their rental department to get me through my gig. They saved my bacon and a wedding reception! If you’re looking for a store who cares about their customers and music community, this is where you want to go. Thanks guys?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm wanting to purchase a new guitar. A couple of weeks ago I went in to talk with a sales person. The rep I got seemed more interested in playing or tuning guitars than helping. It was like I was interrupting. Perhaps we should buy musical stuff online from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I came in looking for a PA speaker/monitor for doing live workouts, and we were immediately greeted upon entering the pro audio section, not pushy just freindly. Very professional staff (I'm sorry I cant remember your name bro, ill come back and edit this review next time) had some great suggestions as we had a cheaper entry level unit before and were ready for an upgrade as well.
We were able to check out a few different options before settling on what has to be the BEST option for our needs(Yorkville is amazing). I could not believe we got ourselves exactly what we needed and more. Very happy with the experience and the product we walked away with. We'll be back! Guy at the rental desk was boss too

We found staff are not particularly helpful or interested in walking you through options, more interested in the sale. We experienced some upselling attempts which we didn't bite on. Website is good to help sort through instrument options and that was a good resource.

Clinton's knowledge of the equipment and what is more suited for my style and needs has impressed me so much! One to support local, it's nice that L&McQ has hired a local legend in the DJ world whom wants to see people perform their best and save money too! I will be a staunch supporter of Clinton and the shop! Especially during their June Monster Sale!
