These sessions have helped me regain mobility in my foot after a calcaneus fracture and create a sense of ease throughout the entire body and nervous system.

After the initial strangeness of a floating therapy, I found I could relax completely in a way I had not experienced before. As Jaz located and worked on the problem areas over the last 4 weeks there has been a remarkable improvement in my mobility, less stiffness, and a reduction in pain. Although I can't explain the reason for this next improvement, my SAD symptoms have also decreased exponentially, and I have more energy. I have been able to resume my home workouts free form pain, and wake up looking forward to the day.

The only solution from the medical profession are injections that only work for a few weeks. With my pain worsening my sister suggested I call Jaz! I made an appointment for a session in the pool and have been seeing Jaz once a week for the past month, and it is amazing the progress I have made!
