★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tessa Neilson is my acupuncturist at cardinal point, she is simply amazing. So knowledgeable and kind. she is super informative but leaves final decisions to you. I love the energy and uplifting feeling when i leave the office after my appointment. Tessa is a true gem as a person and in the world of acupuncture. I would recommend her for everyone and anyone who is in need of a acupuncturist.
Dr. kellie ferguson is my naturopath as well at this clinic. She has brought me a long way with my health. both mental and physical. I feel she has so much knowledge to share with her patients. she is an outstanding person outside of the fact of being a naturopath. I trust Dr. Kellie Ferguson with my health and doing what is in my best interest. One of a kind Naturopath.
Last but surely not least, the front line people in reception. you are wonderful. all three receptionists, I have had the pleasure of their kind professional manner. Very informative and greet with a smile. during this pandemic, the first face you see makes the biggest difference when it is kind and smiling, which i receive each time. I personal would like to say thank you for this Priya, Sarah and Meriem. they truly make you feel comfortable from entrance to exit.

She's not only thoroughly knowledgeable in her discipline and thorough in her method— her services are above and beyond every single session. I find that even though I visit her to get treated for one issue, she fixes four more others that I didn't even know I had, and I always leave feeling so light, refreshed, and de-stressed.
In her diagnosis questions/check-ins before every treatment, she leaves no stone unturned and I have learned so much about my body and energy channels from my chats with her. Tessa is very professional but also naturally caring and compassionate, so as her patient I felt that she was very intentional on building rapport with me. That's not something you see every day in these fields.
Before Tessa, I had never received acupuncture treatment before, and I can certainly say that she set the bar very high for me! I highly recommend her, whether you're a first-timer or someone who's looking for something more out of your acupuncture treatments.

discussing this with her in order to get the most from the treatment. Tess has incredible knowledge and experience; I left each session feeling renewed. I highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyla and Tessa are amazing, even the receptionist, Meriem, is cheerful and welcoming. If you're pregnant, expect to get the royal treatment. They are all such lovely people and have completely minimized my third trimester pains.
