β β β β β The guy fixed my computer by just touching it, (it was just a memory stick not properly set, how dumb of me) and didn't charge me anything.
I would recommend getting a diagnostic from this man first if you have any trouble with your computer because the guy is genuine and you definitely won't be cheated.

β β β β β I asked about remaining an old (2012) MacBook. Their guy told me the repair would cost considerably more than the value of a 2012 computer, and suggested I might want to check Marketplace for a 2nd hand one... which he knew were sometimes on there. I always appreciate a company that will decline to take easy money like this and do the right thing by the customer.

I would highly recommend them... they came to our home to help trouble shoot and fix an issue on our computer after a bios update, because our computer is quite difficult to transport being its a water cooled system... Thanks your services are the best!!! #1 in Victoria

β β β β β Really disappointing experience here. I took my laptop in because it was sometimes shutting down randomly or refusing to start, usually after moving it or picking it up. They called me back the next day and said they had checked it out and re-seated the hardware, so it should be fine now.
I picked it up and they charged me $100 for the work. Then they tried to tell me I didn't leave them my AC charger (I did). The guy argued with me for a while and actually tried to sell me a used charger for $20. Finally he let me take a charger (not my original one) and told me the 30-day warranty on the labour was void. At this point there's no way I'd consider bringing anything back to them anyway.
I got home, and 1) the plastic casing was not properly clipped back on, 2) all of the casing screws were loose, and 3) the original problem was not diagnosed nor fixed, as my computer has continued to randomly shut down.
It was a waste of money, time and energy going to these guys.

β β β β β Everyone should have "a guy" . Well gizmos is that kind of store where you get 3 or 4 guys who have great knowledge and skill with computers. My go to , I have shoped around And the price are reasonable . The service is good and they are always friendly. This is where I bring my most beloved toys and business equipment. The only reason I didn't give 9 stars is because I can't . Keep up the good work guys . And thanks

β β β β β Excellent people and service. They tried valiantly to save my 2 year old laptop but only charged for the initial service. Have always charged exactly what they say they will & stand by their work. When it turned out the laptop couldnβt be saved they set me up with low milage HP thatβs a much better computer than I had for way less than a new low-end laptop ,,, and then refunded the initial service charge! Look no further β they are the real deal.

β β β β β Straightforward, honest service. Having brought in a non-functioning laptop, I received an honest assessment as to the cost and value to repair. I had a great conversation about the current laptop market and left with used a business-grade laptop in excellent condition with a fair price. I would definitely return here for repairs and to purchase hardware!
