★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say the staff at L&M Abbotsford are fantastic. Yesterday Colten went out of his way to help me with my amp and foot switch issue. He took the time to sort out the problem and got me all set with a new switch. Great job!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shared a great experience dealing with a need to rent a mixer. After renting the mixer for three months I decided I like it the most. And, that I need to buy it, so I went and did that with a easy to open account at McQuade. Now I have my A&H mixer with USB because it is digital and I think I don't like that part although, I will definitely be in to get that new PA Managment system from them because they rock man! It honestly is digital and is bugging me I am mad at Allen and Heath for selling such garbage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my 35th birthday present to myself, a Rickenbacker 4003 Series bass guitar in Mapleglo finish, such a beautiful rig.
Called Kyler Pierce over the weekend in inquire about inventory and he put it on hold for me. Kyler is super knowledgeable and very helpful, you can really tell he is passionate about music and the instruments that make it.
Everyone in the store was friendly and easy going and their COVID safety protocols were tip tier. I felt comfortable while I was in store.
10/10 would spend a whole paycheck here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found a used guitar for sale at this location. I phoned them up and spoke with Colton who was kind and courteous, and did an excellent job describing the exact condition of the guitar. He even offered to send pictures of anything that seemed subjective. The pictures he sent were clear and helped me make the decision. They had it packed up and shipped out EXTREMELY quickly and when I received it (the next day!) the guitar was exactly what I expected. I really cannot ask for any more. Nice job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so lovely! Great atmosphere and good selection. They're friendly and helpful whenever I come in & have been very accommodating with getting ahold of the things I'm looking for. The staff member who helped me most recently (I didn't catch his name, but he's there quite regularly,) was very upfront with me about the guitar I was purchasing, even pointing out a small manufacturing detail he wanted me to be aware of in case I wasn't happy with it and wanted them to order in another for me instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having issues with a fender talon and other locations couldn't figure it out. I took it into this location and the manager personally fixed it within an hour free of charge! Amazing customer service and super knowledgeable staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys do rentals . While it is the most cost effective then other places . It always works because they honour the deal in the end . Some cables are different there while others I recognize from past events . Performances are not around for now yet these guys see many other customers . I will always rent through them, especially if I need to make it outside because of this over 2 years of a pandemic, it's easier to go with L&M . I wish I knew as much as the rental staff though you know what I mean. ;)
