I always get treated warmly and very welcoming in this establishment. Friendly service ,great deals and always get the price I'm asking .I know my items are safe here when I need to pawn something. There is comfort in that.My dealings here have beequite appreciated thx so much.

Really really great people they really take care of there customers they have taken away the scary stigma of a pawnshop. There very community oriented even going out of there way to hire mentally disabled people. They work 1on1 with the RCMP on a weekly basis making it a completely safe to do business. They go above and beyond the call of duty to on help you. There are people who talk negative about the store because they crooked and shady and undesirable people are not welcome. Unfortunately there are those people who lie cheat and steal from them so they refuse there business or they get banned from the store. I have noticed on the review not mentioning anyone in particular that have given this wonderful family owned business a negative review that needs to be ignored go in and see for yourself they will explain the business if you are unfamiliar and you will be treated with dignity and the respect that you deserve every single business day. I have been going here for as long as I can remeber. Would never go anywhere else. The owners are amazing wonderful people always welcoming and caring. The store has great items and prices and I know anytime I bring my belongings they are 110%safe.

This pawnshop is amazing they have always treated me with the up most respect and have always helped me out ! Even when they didnt want to pawn what i had they still did a small amount just to help me out now thats exceptional customer service! I was a regular back about 5 years ago untill i moved away to the kootneys and just recently i moved back down to mission/Abbotsford and i ended up needing a hand so i went to see the pawn shop and they remembered me like no time had passed and they still treated me as good as they did back 4 or 5 years ago ! The owners are amazing people and give everyone and equal chance! I cant beleive someone is saying he threatned her thats BS they are nothing but nice im sure if your NOT a good business person they wont deal with you like any business would do! But i know they have a nice shop bright and clean and very secure a fair amount of stuff on the sales floor higher end jewelry i would say but they do have some simpler stuff too and good fair prices and when pawning your stuff they are pretty fair in their offer price for a loan they have never low balled me ive always been happy with what they have given me for the loan ...useally when i walk in there im not very happy but by the time im leaving im happier and smiling! They know how to put a smile on your face !! Crown jewellery & loans will always be a number 1 on my list if pawn shops to go to in the lower mainland lol hugs you two at ? jewellery&loans keep keeping it real and making ppl smile !!

Worst pawn shop in mission. Took my stuff to t and t pawn, bigger store good selection of goods and the people there are nice and gave me a good price on my stuff, and they didn't accuse me of bringing in stolen stuff. So next time maybe have some proof before you say my stuff is stolen. If I could give you a negative rating I would.

Have dealt with this store the last few months as we continue to go through our pandemic the people always take into consideration your situation and story and will always go above and beyond to help you out with the very best price given for all items they don't finess about jewelery and electronics like most so thank you for being a very respectable company and keep up the great work

Trustworthy pawnshop with two down to earth people! I was skeptical about pawn shops but after doing business here, it has completely changed my view point. They offer a service that can help in times of need by offering cash for items on loan. This was something I had no clue that pawn shops did. They were reliable and I was able to use there service without any worry. They made it easy and went above and beyond, in being helpful to my situation. I definitely recommend this pawn shop:)
