the food is great and reasonably priced, however I've had their pizza 3 times and for whatever reason, the middle of the pizza is always wet/ soggy like it was dipped in water... don't know what that's about. the bartender with the blonde hair is great though, he once noticed i didn't like my drink and re made it for me 2 times without me even having to ask. we love attentive staff!

If you're looking for a karaoke joint, don't bother. They do locals first and walk INS are generally unwelcome.

Wish I’d called in sooner during my stay. Is a great place with friendly atmosphere. Nice and informal, but attentive. Good prices, decent food and lively vibe means you will enjoy your time here. Gets packed on karaoke nights, so get there early if you want a seat / table. Hidden gem, and all the better for it.

Coming here was a pretty bad experience. I figure they were probably grossly understaffed, but I came there with my daughter today to grab a bite to eat and it was really bad. We waited forever to get a table (we were told it would be 15-20 minutes but it was 40 minutes) - we watched other people get there after us and get seated before us. Then the fellow seating us pointed at a table and said: "they're just leaving, we just need to clean the table.". Those people left and 2 people seated at a different table moved over to that table and said to the server: "we just moved over here because it was really cold where we were." We waited anothsr ten minutes and finally got a seat at a table where it was really cold. Waited another 10 minutes for a server. We weren't given a menu or anything, so we had to find the menu on google. The menu we saw said they had "sub-zero" Coors Light on tap. I was pretty stoked to try that, but when I ordered it, the server said that they didn't have Coors ljght on tap. I asked about it being on the menu and she just said "we only have it in bottles". So I didn't understand if the menu was wrong or what was happening with that. I felt like a nuissance for asking about it. After that, the service was slow and impersonal and the server just seemed mostly annoyed by us. Our "quick bite" took over 2 hours and we were freezing the whole time. The reason I gave it 2 stars is that the food was very reasonable in price and really good. Next time I'll go buy beer from the store and order food from here for take out. Then maybe they won't be so imconvenienced by me being there.

Delivers on everything they say for happy hour. Wings are the absolute best I've had in a long time and service was fantastic!

Food was disappointing (burger was bland and they didn't put a lot of effort into it but the fries were good). Lively atmosphere for a drink though. Service was good, and you can play billards there. Probably won't go back there for the food.

Luving the happy hours at the Crystal Lounge! Whistler Village! Coming here for 10 years, my UBC Daughter skied & graduated & tuned us into the 10 cent wings! Deliciousness!

Great ambiance, relaxing time, easy to talk with your friends, catch a game, and enjoy tasty food. I had their sweet chili cauliflower bites and they were excellent! Would definitely come back again.
