★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gotten my hair cut here three times, and have always been happy! I've gotten a low-fade and a mid-fade from Justin, who's super friendly, and another low-fade / quiff from a guest barber Matt. All were great, and both Justin and Matt were good about asking what I wanted before the cut + checking to see if I wanted anything adjusted as they went. All in all, a great barbershop.
With COVID, they're as safe as you can be while doing something that requires you to touch someone else's head; they keep masks on and only gently remove the ear strap when they have to cut the hair around your ear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional barber shop. They really know a lot about men's cuts and use all high quality products. Situated in a fun vibrant part of commercial drive. I originally started going there because of one of their barbers Brittney, who I got an excellent cut from when she was working at a previous barber. All their barbers seem to be very knowledgeable as well. From my personal experience though I can say Brittney is one I would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing barber shop. I’ve had my hair cut by Jordan, Rob, and Justin. My son has had his haircut from Jordan as well.
Great cuts every time, no matter who is cutting your hair.
Awesome atmosphere. The guys are really fun to chat with.
Whether you’re in east van or west van or Richmond, if you can make the trip out for a haircut here, do it. You’ll be happy you did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m in town for a few weeks and I needed a haircut so I called this location Monday morning not getting an answer I decided to call back that evening. When they answered the guy on the other line was unbelievably rude. I normally do not leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. Got a haircut around the corner from my friends place. One star customer service experience. They came highly recommend, i am very disappointed… wanted to go there.

Overall great place, you will not be disappointed here, staff is very friendly great to talk to and does a nice job asking questions to get the cut right. Would highly recommend. will be coming back 100%.
