UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT HELP,,,, Let me tell you how you help, go and find out from a buyer ORRRRRRR take my number and call me back when you do.....with this store being so busy and popular you do not have staff available that know. Just simple customer service goes a long way.

Cashiers here are very nice. Packaged everything away very neatly and gave me extra bags to handle everything better.

I don't shop at this Jimmy Pattison owned store. I preferred the food co-op across the street or at least the locally owned Sweet Cherubim, who both nurtured and developed the organic and natural foods Market in East Van.

"Most" of the staff are unfailingly terrific, helpful and friendly. EXCELLENT organic produce at reasonable prices. Frequent specials on everyday foods such as bread and eggs which otherwise in my opinion, are overpriced uniformly by a dollar or two. All varieties and sizes of AVALON MILK AND CREAM in glass bottles consistently well stocked at prices in keeping with or less than Vancouver average. Larger selection than most for natural beauty and health products. Prices okay. Higher than Sweet Cherubim, Avenue (Donald's Market) or London Drugs for things like Dr Bronner's soap or Thayer's witch hazel. NICE BULK FOODS SELECTION: Hand sanitizer provided at pen, bag and tag station. Could be greatly improved by getting rid of bottom shelf old-style scoop bins. Put prepackaged items from the opposite side of the aisle on bottom shelf and install gravity feed dispensers such as they use for nuts and crispy snack items on higher shelves where the pre-packaged foods such as raisins Coco and other baking needs came from. Example: Oats, dates, some rice and various grains are on the bottom shelf at floor level. You have to get down on the floor, pull the scoop from its holder somehow hold the lid open (exposing the contents to anything that falls in). The formless kind of plastic bag provided is typically found in a produce department. It too must sit on the floor if you're to have any hope of keeping its mouth open wide enough to fill it. The contortions required would be beneficial were you auditioning for Cirque du Soleil ?? I would like to see the plastic bags replaced with paper if possible from a price point of view. I believe most people put these items into their own containers once they get them home. STORE HOURS VERY CONVENIENT open till 9:00 p.m. EVERY NIGHT. This keeps things simple and it's hugely appreciated. Other small stores on The Drive are open later or close earlier on this night or that... it is not uniform and can leave you out of luck if you're shopping after 5:00 p.m. on the wrong night for a pet food or beauty product carried by only one store. Fortunately "Ok Google" & "Hey Siri" provide store hours for all these businesses and links to their websites -best to check first when you're shopping The Drive. XoXo ❤️
