New owner seams like a really nice person frendly and now new uk treats welcome to east van

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had a bad experience with the clerks, they're all nice. They have a surprisingly varied drink selection, with even some harder to find ones like Cherry or Vanilla Coke, and a whole plethora of flavours of Arizona. Lot of candy selection but no nickel and dime candies from what I saw. They have the usual last minute items as well like milk, laundry soap or Tylenol (tampons too) but like anywhere they cost a little extra. All in all a good place to have nearby when you need em, plus it's open 24 hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place. From the outside it looks like every other mom and pop corner store, which is great, but once you actually browse what this guy is bringing in? Forget about it, you will not find more selection and weird one off offerings, unless you go to a "specialty" store and pay the hefty markup. Just go, you won't be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has everything (or most everything). Store is well lit, well appointed, and clean and tidy. Staff is polite & friendly whether you are there are at 3 am or 3 pm. Great selection of premium ice cream.
