Staff were exceptional especially Shayla my salesperson who made me feel comfortable and was trustworthy . I highly recommend Shayla for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my vehicle in for a general, multi-point inspection to check if anything needed maintenance before winter. Dropped off car at 10:30am and was told it would be ready by 4pm when I dropped it off. Came before 4 and was told it would take a little longer, so I waited until 4:45pm. Finally after asking about my vehicle for the second time they said it was now ready. Was given nothing but empty excuses and no accountability. If you expect a reasonable timeframe for any service to your vehicle I recommend going anywhere else but here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I had with Service Advisor Joemel at Crown Honda. I usually get my car service at this place - but not anymore. I had set up an appointment for 7:30 in the morning to get my block heater installed on my Honda Accord. On the phone while setting up the appointment the caller quoted me around $280. On getting there - looked like service advisor Joemel was having a bad day. He made me sign the document and on asking how much its going to be - he said $365 - I was shocked to hear that price just to install the block heater. Its was just an hour of labour and $130 for the part. I dont understand why he was charging me so much extra. On asking the keys back he rudely banged the keys back on the table to hand it over to me.
On calling Honda On Regent - and asking them about what its going to cost me - they quoted me $280 and I eventually set up an appointment with them instead. These guys are a rip off. Never going back there and will not recommend anyone including my family and friends going there. There guys are overcharging on their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience. I was told I’ll get my car back the next day, but they never called. Called multiple times, their attendants were always busy. Had to wait whole week to get an update. Finally got a call, car was ready.
Went to grab it, was washed on the outside but inside (pic attached) a complete mess. Shoe marks all over. I found spare door parts and sticky black residue on my door handle & seat adjustment handle. They did not finish properly, looked like it was done in a hurry, latches were undone and just left on the seat. Saw some cracks that weren’t there before. (Shown pictured in my hand). I regret choosing them, it was just ridiculous.
