Went in there yesterday to buy 1 yard of 3/4 down and when I got home and went to empty the truck I seen it was actually not 3/4 down but 1/4 down. I called the company right away before even leaving my driveway and the most ignorant rudest owner answered the phone told in his words” I just got here I don’t know what’s going on if you want to drive back and shovel it out yourself we’ll change it” I said actually you do delivery this was a mistake on your end my truck barely made it here it was so heavy I can’t come back he then proceeded to yell and raise his voice and told me in his own words “ I’m busy enough I don’t need your business anyway”. Word to the public Kowaluks Landscaping is only a couple feet further please go there for all your needs the lady there is soooo kind and helpful and appreciates all business.
