Creative doors did a great job in fixing my garage door. Nathan was very professional and took time and explained everything in detail. Based on my experience, I will recommend creative doors.

Creative Door was able to fit us in the day after I called to have our spring replaced, which was nice. The tech (Dave) had it fixed and working within 45 minutes. The price was alittle more than I expected, but what isn't going up in price these days.

I was happy with the technician that came to fix my garage door. He answered all my questions, and even helped me with an issue not related to the call. He gets 5 stars from me. However what I am not happy with is the pricing. They charge travel time, + a truck charge. Something that was not disclosed to me upon my original service request call.

I have been using Creative Doors, Calgary NE for my garage door system for over 20 years now and have always been impressed with their service, knowledge and professionalism. Today's installer, Dave was great. Quick, friendly and got things up and fixed again and running smooth.

I live in my house almost 40 years and went through 2 sets of garage doors from Creative Door (I think the first one was installed by the builder was also supplied by Creative door). I also ordered a few services/repairs in the pass years and satisfied until this year. In late January, the door started making funny loud noise and some time going back up while it was in the downward motion. I ordered a service/repair from CD. The service man came and did a lot of things like lube the rollers, hinges, adjust the rail and the springs etc. After the service, the door works better although it is not perfect. It still making little abnormal noise but at lease it goes up and down normal. Yesterday, the door went up and down as it wished when I pressed the remote and also made loud noise and shaking. I have to make another service/repair call and Dave came out the next morning (I appreciate this quick arrangement). It took him no more than 3 minutes to figure out the problem is the bearings on the end of the spring and took him 15 minutes to replace them. The door works perfect after. I was working in commercial construction since 1979 and know a little bit about construction. As a matter of fact, I deal with your ex manage Mr. Dan Welder in some projects in Calgary. What I want to say now is how can an experienced technician can miss the symptom of the problem and has to be repaired again by another technician in less than 3 months At last, the 3 stars I posted is not for the 2nd repair man Dave, it is for the Company. ***** The problem got quick response in 2 days. We have always dealt with Creative Door because They stand by their work and that shows great integrity. We called Monday morning and Dave the technician came in the afternoon. The problem was fixed and he even noticed some other things that needed tweaking. I would not hesitate to recommend Creative Door to any of my friends.

Disappointed with Creative door!!! Creative Door did the door install on my new home built in 2020. The door opener stopped working in 2021 and we had them come to resolve the issue under warranty. They did the warranty work and the repair worked for maybe a couple months. We now have the same problem and feel it was never properly fixed the first time. They were terrible to get a hold of and communication was very poor. When we finally got in touch with them we asked for a bit of heads up prior to coming to look at the door opener, as we are both working, and would need to make sure someone could meet them. They showed up without notice, and told us because no one was there, they could not do anything and that we would now have to pay full price for any service in the future. We will be finding another option for help and simply do not recommend Creative Door.
