Had creative install my security system. The service was great at first but had to have them come back for a couple of issues. They were supposed to install my door bell camera but never responded to my phone calls. I was on a time crunch to get this installed so the home builder can fix my stucco after the camera install. I ended up giving creative almost 2 weeks before I decided to just install it myself. I asked creative for a quote on a rear camera. They quoted me close to $500.00 to have this done. I found it online for $103.00 and for all the inconvenience, creative was to install it for me at no additional charge. I called them to arrange a time for someone to come and install. They came and installed the camera but could not finish it due to some issues. They advised me that they will be back the next day if not the day after. I waited a week with no response and had to call creative myself for an update. I scheduled yet another date for someone else to come to complete the install. That person came and could not complete the install due to a incorrect part. I was supposed to get a phone call back from creative that day to confirm they have the required part, and i haven't heard anything back. This is extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend.

we orginally had them install our home Sonos System when we moved into our new home, After awhile our Sonos hub connect, System broke down. We had a tech come and look and decided we needed a new one. After that,, its like they dont want to return calls or emails. Its like the dont want your business. I have emailed and Left a voicemail with James to call and set up an appointment to have our new Sonos installed and setup.. and no call. It sucks because we have reached out to Sonos to share our experience with Creative TSI and we bought the hub from Amazon.. I guess our business means nothing to this company.
