Our goal is to make the shooting sports fun and accessible. Calgary Shooting Centre can provide training and team building opportunities for groups or individuals looking to experience the thrill of target shooting, acquire new skills or practice existing skills.

We believe that when you buy a membership for a range, you should receive the best facilities available, access to your facilities when you want it, and service from staff who are experts in their fields. Your range should also be a place where you can relax and meet with your friends. It's your money and you deserve more for it!
Looking for a better gun store?
Calgary Shooting Centre has expert staff ready to help you with almost any project. We stock most major brands and even have a selection of military surplus and antique firearms. We offer competitive prices, a relaxing environment and you don't need to worry about lineups!
Looking for a better gunsmith?
We have an expert European apprenticed gunsmith on staff to help with repairs, or gun fitting.
No license?
Not a problem, our expert staff can provide training and supervision and we have a large selection of firearms available for use. It is recommended that non members make a reservation to use the range, as priority of use goes to our members.
Looking for Training?
We have our own in house training cadre. We offer the Canadian Firearm Safety Course and can start you on the way to getting your own firearm license. Courses are scheduled every week and wait time is often less than two weeks. We also offer regular courses on rifle, pistol and shotgun use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was excited to attend with a friend in the summer who has visited before. Was beyond an excellent experience. The staff are extremely friendly and passionate about what they do. The range it self was awesome. The experience was enough that I will now be looking at a membership and further supporting CSC. I wouldn't hesitate to look at booking a group event or taking a new person to the industry here for their first experience either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best Hunting/firearm shop in town. I stopped in today to check out a new firearm for hunting as well as check out some new Optics accessories. Jeremy took the time to make sure I was well informed and taken care of from the moment I walked through the door. Can't say enough good things about the incredible staff like Jeremy that go above and beyond to make sure every question you have is answered and you are treated like a valued member of the community ( Which is definitely not the case for many of the big box stores around town).

They know what they are talking about and not just shilling at ya.
I got my PAL at this place (yes, they offer a PAL course). Bought my first gun too. Their catalogue is great.
The place also has an indoor shooting range and is a real joy to be at. We dropped in once as a group and the staff were extremely courteous, safe & knowledgeable and made for a great first time shooting experience.
Also I think this place doesn’t compromise even a tiny bit on gun safety and I’ll feel safe to even leave a toddler around (not that I would).
Range use fees are reasonable too (weekdays are cheaper).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Lady friend and I have always wanted to squeeze off a few rounds, so we ended up at Calgary Shooting Center, because of the good reviews... and for good reason!
We had a young fella by the name of Curtis, who was not only accommodating (like a company representative should be...Thank you for that) but was also safety oriented and had a good understanding of the Firearms, as well as friendly and respectful to the both of us. The prices were reasonable...We will be coming back for more good times! Thanks Guys/Gals?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store for my first time just to check it out, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed anything and to just ask if I have a question. Every question I asked was answered in a friendly and professional manner.
Then I saw some really interesting and cool rentals and decided to have some fun. The range officer with me was the manager and he thoroughly explained and went over all the safety and operation of the firearms. Between mags he would offer tips and advice that had me shooting a group half the size with only 50 rounds fired. Very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and how safety oriented they were. Will definitely be back for all my future purchases and range time.
As far as gun shops go, nobody comes close to the Calgary Shooting Center. Thanks guys.
