T	Theresa Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creative Arts is a virtual Credit Union, the ATM machine is right in the lobby of our office at 625 Church St. Toronto, same place as the ACTRA membership department.
M	Matt Popoff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no Credit Union here. Do not come here expecting to find an ATM or anything of the sort. This is the ACTRA office, and it's not even open to the public, much less open 24 hours.

I was told I needed to do it on line, and then return with money for them to deposit, but no one would actually open the account in person - even though I was standing right in front of them.When I suggested it wasn't like a real credit union, I was told it was virtual, and that I needed to get with the times. Unhelpful and rude - GO TO A REAL CREDIT UNION, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME
M	Maral Havens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There IS a credit union here. It's available for artists. The ATMs are accessible 24hours. However office hours are when the ACTRA office is open, as it's located directly inside.

VERY helpful staff who go out of their way to provide whatever is needed: account set-up or changes, transfers, bank drafts etc... or just information. I wouldn't deal with a big bank again.

They absolutely do have an ATM onsite that has been open every time I've gone there (not sure if it's 24 hr or not?. Yes, the Actra offices are here, but SO is the Credit Union if you just look a little more closely. Obviously, if they keep their costs down...the rest of us benefit?! I find them helpful, responsive and they gave me a mortgage when the big 5 were making me jump through hoops. Their monthly fees are less than half what other banks charge, and they clear my cheques right away. What's not to love! And there's no fat CEO buying himself a yacht & a 3rd house somewhere off my back?! ...Etc...etc..
